Site Assessment and Lane Design
We start at your block, measuring the side yard or the run down the boundary to work out the longest, most usable lane the space allows. From there we set the width, depth and position of the pool, and decide with you whether a swim jet makes sense for the length you have.
Approvals and Setbacks Handled
A lap pool close to a boundary can raise setback questions, so we get the pathway right early. We confirm whether your pool goes as complying development or a DA, lodge the paperwork, and manage the barrier and fencing rules so the compliance side is off your plate.
Shell in Concrete or Fibreglass
Depending on your block we either form a concrete shell on site for a custom lane, or install a fibreglass lap shell where a preset size fits. Either way the shell is set true and level so the finished lane is straight and consistent from one end to the other.
Plumbing, Electrical and Swim Jet In-House

We lay the waterline tiles, set the coping and apply your chosen interior finish so the long lines of the pool read as clean and deliberate. Paving and the surrounds are coordinated at the same time so the pool and the area around it are finished together as one result.

Lap Pool Clients on Belvedere
I swim every morning so I wanted a real lap pool, not something I do two strokes across. Our Terrigal block is long and narrow and Belvedere ran an eighteen metre concrete lane down the side of the house. It is dead straight and lovely to swim. Vincent wired the heating and lights himself so I am still doing laps in May. Could not fault them.
