The pool almost always needs council approval and a deck can too, depending on its height and setbacks. We confirm the pathway, lodge the paperwork covering both, and manage the pool barrier and fencing rules so the whole compliance side is handled as one job, not two.
Pool Shell, Then Deck Frame
We build and finish the pool shell, then set out the deck framing around it to the height we designed. Getting the sequence right is what lets the boards land neatly at the coping and the deck sit level off the house, with the falls set for drainage before a board is fixed.
