Paving & Coping
The coping around the waterline and the paving that runs out to the house set the whole feel of the pool zone. We lay it with the correct falls for drainage and a non-slip finish, matched to the home, so the surface is safe underfoot and reads as one clean surround rather than a strip added later.
Decking
Timber or composite decking lifts the pool edge, bridges a change in level and gives you somewhere to sit and dry off. We build it structurally to suit the block and step it into a slope where needed, so a deck around a Terrigal or Avoca Beach pool feels like an extension of the living space, not a bolt-on.
Planting & Gardens
Garden beds, screening plants and feature planting soften the hard edges and give the pool a setting. We plan the beds around the paving and drainage, choose planting suited to a poolside and coastal position, and set it out so the greenery frames the water rather than dropping leaves straight into it.
Pool Fencing
Every pool needs a compliant barrier, and it may as well be part of the design instead of an afterthought. We build glass, aluminium or framed fencing that meets the NSW pool safety rules and suits the look of the yard, and we make sure the gates, gaps and heights all pass, so the finished pool is safe and signed off.
Outdoor Lighting
Outdoor lighting is electrical work, and we are a licensed electrician, so we design and wire it ourselves as part of the package. Path lights, garden and step lighting, feature spots and the pool lighting are all planned into the paving and decking from the start and cabled in by our own team, not handed to a separate trade after the fact.
Alfresco & Shade
A covered alfresco, pergola or shade structure gives the pool zone somewhere to gather out of the sun. We build it into the design with the power and lighting run through as part of the electrical works, so the outdoor room, the deck and the pool all connect as one finished space you actually use.

One Site Plan for the Whole Yard
At the free site inspection we look at the whole backyard, not just where the pool goes. We map the fall, the drainage, the access and where you want to sit, deck and plant, then draw the pool and the surrounds together so the levels and light lines are set once, on paper, before anyone digs.
Approvals and Fencing Managed
The pool needs approval and its barrier has to meet the safety rules. We confirm what needs a certifier or a DA, lodge the paperwork and handle the fencing compliance across the project so the whole thing is signed off, not just the shell.
Pool Built With Surrounds in Mind
We dig, form and finish the pool knowing exactly where the paving, deck and fence will land. Service runs and conduit for the lighting go in at the right stage, so nothing has to be chased out of new paving or dug up again after the surrounds are down.
Paving, Decking and Fencing
With the pool set, we lay the coping and paving to the right falls, build the decking to suit the levels, and install the compliant fencing. Because it is the same team, the surfaces meet cleanly and the whole surround comes together as one considered result.
Planting and Outdoor Lighting
We set the garden beds and planting, then wire and commission the outdoor lighting ourselves as licensed electricians. Path, step, garden, feature and pool lights are all installed to code and to the plan, so the yard looks as good after dark as it does in the day.
