3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Quotes may be subject to change if project specifications or materials are altered.

• Prices are provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may include GST where applicable.

4. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work commences.

• Progress payments may be requested for larger projects.

• Final payment is due upon completion of works, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details and site access.

• Any required approvals (council or certifier) will be discussed before works commence.

• Delays caused by lack of access, incorrect information, or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

• We provide workmanship guarantees in line with NSW Fair Trading and Australian Consumer Law.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials, fixtures, and fittings supplied by third parties.

• Any warranty claims must be made in writing and within the applicable warranty period.

7. Liability

• While we take care to deliver safe, high-quality work, we are not liable for delays or issues outside our control (e.g. weather, supplier shortages, third-party contractors).

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes and Variations

• Any changes to the original project scope must be agreed upon in writing.

• Variations may affect the project timeline and cost.

9. Cancellations

• Clients may cancel services before commencement with written notice.

• Deposits may be non-refundable if costs have already been incurred.

• Belvedere Building & Electrical reserves the right to cancel a project if unsafe or unlawful conditions are identified.
